Straight into outreach
Aloha State Outreach is a mobile team. Donations support the work we already do every week across the islands:
- Field outreach — community health worker time on the streets, in parks, and at churches.
- Supplies carried on outreach — the practical items our team hands out on first contact.
- Care coordination — needs assessments and warm handoffs to healthcare, housing and social services.
- Follow-up — staying with people after the referral so continuity of care is real.
