7. Donations

Donations to Aloha State Outreach are processed by Givebutter, a third-party fundraising platform, under Givebutter's own terms of service and privacy policy. When you donate:

• Your payment details are handled entirely by Givebutter and its payment processors. We never receive or store your card or bank details.
• Givebutter issues your receipt by email at the time of your gift.
• Donations are applied to our general operations in support of outreach and care coordination unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing.
• Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a gift was made in error, contact us promptly and we will work with you and Givebutter in good faith to resolve it.
• Recurring gifts continue until you cancel them, which you can do at any time through Givebutter or by contacting us.

Please confirm the tax-deductible status of your gift with us or with your own tax advisor before claiming a deduction. Nothing on this website is tax advice.

8. Client Services and Consent

When receiving direct services from Aloha State Outreach:
